      The Zanussi Professional EVO900 392124 Electric Bain Marie Top is a compact half-module food holding solution designed to keep prepared food at safe serving temperatures while preserving quality and moisture. Featuring a GN 1/1 stainless steel well, Incoloy armoured heating elements and precise thermostatic temperature control, it provides gentle, even heating for sauces, vegetables, meats and prepared dishes. Constructed from heavy-duty AISI 304 stainless steel, it integrates seamlessly with the EVO900 modular cooking range and is ideal for professional commercial kitchens.
