Featuring a 2/3 smooth and 1/3 ribbed 15mm brushed chrome sloped cooking plate, powerful Incoloy heating elements and independent thermostatic controls, it delivers rapid heat-up, even heat distribution and exceptional cooking performance. The durable brushed chrome surface is highly scratch resistant, easy to clean and ideal for cooking meat, seafood, vegetables and breakfast items in busy commercial environments.
