Description

The Pitco SG18S is a millivolt gas fryer featuring Solstice Burner Technology and a stainless-steel tank and cabinet. It uses a blower-free atmospheric heating system for fast recovery and includes a millivolt thermostat, thermo-safety pilot and high-temperature safety limit switch. The fryer has a 38-litre oil capacity and is rated at 119MJ.
