Description

The Pitco SG14TS Millivolt Gas Fryer features a split stainless steel tank and Solstice Burner Technology for high-production gas frying. Its blower-free atmospheric heating system provides fast recovery, while the millivolt thermostat offers temperature control from 95°C to 200°C. The fryer includes a thermo-safety pilot, high-temperature safety limit switch, and 2 × 11 L oil capacity.
