The Pitco Solstice Electric SE18-FR and SE18C-FR are high-production electric fryers designed to be connected to a filtration system. The fryers feature fixed heating elements, stainless steel construction, 17kW heating and 38L oil capacity. Available with solid-state or computer control, both models include 3 baskets, a lid and 9" adjustable legs.
