The Pitco SE14T (SE14T SSTC, SE14T-FR, SE14T-C and SE14T-C-FR) Split Tank Electric Solstice Fryer is a commercial electric fryer with two separate 11L oil tanks and a total 17kW power rating. Available with solid state or computer controls, the SE14T range also offers filter-ready configurations for integration with a filtration system. The fryer features a safe fixed element design, mercury-free relays and mix-and-match cabinet capability.
