Description

The Pitco SE14T-FD/FF (SE14T-C/FD/FF) 2-Bank Split Tank Electric Solstice Fryer is a double fryer configuration with two fryer banks, split tanks and a filter drawer on castors. Each tank provides 11L oil capacity and 8.5kW of power, for a total 34kW output across the two fryer banks. Available with solid state or computer control, the unit includes a flush hose and 9" swivel castors with front brakes.
