Description

The Middleby Marshall PS638EV (PS638EV-CAV) is a commercial ventless electric conveyor oven that gives the user full control of airflow in the baking chamber for optimal cooking results. The oven has internal systems for destroying grease laden vapor prior to it escaping the oven, so it is certified as a non-grease emitting appliance and can be installed without the aid of a Type I or Type II hood.
