      The HOBART PREMAX UPT is an extra-wide, heavy-duty front-loading utensil washer designed for demanding commercial kitchens, bakeries and food-production facilities. It provides approximately double the capacity of the PREMAX UP, with a lateral wash system capable of handling up to 8 × GN 1/1 trays or 5 × EN2 containers. POWER high-pressure washing, VAPO-ACTIVE steam washing and detergent direct spraying help remove heavily baked-on and encrusted food residues.
