      The HOBART PREMAX UP is a premium heavy-duty front-loading utensil washer for pots, pans, trays, GN containers, bakery racks and heavily soiled commercial washware. Its unique lateral wash system provides up to three times the capacity of a conventional utensil washer in a similar footprint, accommodating up to 6 × GN 1/1 trays or 4 × EN2 containers per cycle. It also combines POWER high-pressure washing, VAPO-ACTIVE steam washing and detergent direct spraying for difficult baked-on residues.
