Description

The HOBART PREMAX AUP is a premium commercial hood-type/pass-through dishwasher designed for restaurants, hotels, catering facilities and high-volume professional kitchens. It accepts standard 500 × 500 mm racks, provides a 440 mm loading height, and processes up to 70 racks per hour. Advanced systems including ASR automatic soil removal, SENSO-ACTIVE resource management, POWER-PLUS and ROTOR-X provide powerful cleaning with low water consumption.

• AUP-V: AUP with addition of VAPOSTOP - prevents steam escaping from the machine when the hood is opened
• AUP-HL: AUP with AUTO HOOD LIFT - closes hood at a push of a button & opens automatically at the end of a cycle. Back panel included
• AUP-VHL: AUP with VAPOSTOP and AUTO HOOD LIFT
