The Middleby Marshall PS540E electric impingement conveyor pizza oven, part of the PS series, cooks faster and at a lower temperature than traditional ovens. Its patented vertical columns of hot air use an aerodynamic heat transfer method, eliminating the need for excessive temperatures. This system removes the cooler, denser air that typically insulates the product, enabling rapid cooking without the risk of burning. Designed to cook a variety of foods, including pizza, seafood, sandwiches, bagels, ethnic dishes, and more, Middleby ovens offer faster cooking times, a compact footprint, and reduced energy and HVAC requirements compared to larger ovens. The PS540E features a 32″ wide conveyor and a rugged stainless steel construction for the front, sides, top, and interior. It also includes a variable-speed, high-efficiency recirculating impingement airflow system, ensuring high-volume performance without compromising on space or power.
