The Mercury MHN Series Gas Cooktops are heavy-duty commercial cooking units designed for busy restaurants, cafés and professional kitchens. Available in 2, 4 and 6 burner configurations, each model features individually controlled high-performance gas burners, heavy-duty cast-iron trivets and durable brushed stainless-steel construction. All models are supplied on an enclosed cupboard stand for practical storage and a robust freestanding installation.
