Description

The Mercury MCN Series Gas Char Broilers are heavy-duty commercial chargrills designed for restaurants, steakhouses, cafés and professional kitchens. Available in 381 mm, 610 mm and 910 mm widths, they use stainless-steel U-shape burners and heavy-duty cast-iron grilling grates to provide reliable high-heat grilling for steaks, chops, burgers and seafood. The range is available in radiant or lava-rock configurations and is supplied on an enclosed cupboard stand.
