      • Powerful 6-Burner Array: Features 6 hermetically sealed burners, including 3 x 6 kW burners (adjustable 1.6–6 kW) and 3 x 10 kW burners (adjustable 2.5–10 kW).

      • Robust Safety Controls: Controlled via safety thermocouple valves and ergonomic control knobs designed specifically to prevent water infiltration.

      • Protected Pilot Burner System: Equipped with a continuous low-energy pilot burner (170 W) and thermocouple safely positioned beneath the burner body to prevent spills and impact.

      • Resistant Cast-Iron Pan Stands: RAAF enamelled cast-iron pan stands are acid, alkali, and flame resistant, engineered to support both large and small cookware.

      • High Water Resistance & Accessories: Designed to accommodate an optional water column accessory and carries an IPX5 water-resistance rating for easy cleaning.
