Water fills the tank at the press of a button. The chrome steel burner and gas valve have a sensitive thermocouple to measure temperature and the thermostatic control ensures a constant temperature from 100 degrees C to 280 degrees C. So, the temperature is maintained accurately for consistent cooking.
The insulated, double-skinned lid of this tilting pan has a drip section at the back and stainless steel spring hinges for added safety. Heating automatically turns off when the pan is tilted.
