The air-cooled design saves up to 90% in water consumption compared to traditional stockpot units, ideal for sustainability-focused commercial kitchens. Its adjustable burner brings large volumes to a fast boil, then dials back for extended simmering of stocks and broths. Supplied with a heavy-duty cast-iron trivet and easy front access to all components for straightforward servicing.
