The FastBake(TM) Technology reduces bake time by up to 30 percent by using air Impingement. Food cooks two to four times faster than conventional ovens. Each deck can produce 63 x 9" pizzas per hour. Pizzas are baked faster, with a more consistent and even bake. No more burned bottoms, undercooked middles or over-browned tops. The direct drive motor directly powers the drive roller of the conveyor which is an efficient use of energy. No gearbox is required, reducing parts to fix.
