Description

The INDUC IEF2-X-700 Electric Double Fryer is a high-capacity commercial fryer designed for professional kitchens requiring flexibility and high-volume production. It features two independently controlled 16-litre oil tanks, allowing different foods to be cooked simultaneously at separate settings. Adjustable thermostats from 60°C to 190°C, thermal protection, cold-oil compartments and rotatable heating elements provide safe, efficient operation and easier cleaning.
