The INDUC IEF1-X-700 Electric Fryer is a compact heavy-duty commercial fryer designed for restaurants, cafés and professional kitchens. It features a 16-litre stainless-steel oil tank, extra-wide frying basket and powerful 12 kW heating system. A cold-oil compartment, rotatable heating element and drain valve simplify cleaning and oil management, while adjustable thermostat control from 60°C to 190°C provides flexibility for a wide range of frying applications.
