Description

The INDUC IEC2-6-700 Electric Chargrill is a commercial electric chargrill designed for restaurants, cafés and professional kitchens. It features a large 605 × 500 mm cast-iron grilling surface divided into two independently controlled cooking zones, allowing different foods to be grilled simultaneously at separate temperature settings. An inclined grilling grid with U-shaped drainage and an adaptable oil baffle provide effective grease management, while the rotating heating element and removable inner cavity simplify cleaning.
