Description

The Hoshizaki FM-300AKE-HCN-SB is a modular nugget ice maker designed to produce up to 210 kg of premium nugget ice every 24 hours.

With its dry, hard texture, nugget ice is ideal for cocktails, delivering efficient cooling with just the right level of dilution. It’s especially well suited for spirit-forward drinks such as Mojitos and Tiki cocktails, where balance and presentation matter.

The Nugget ice is great for fresh food displays where a clear ice effect is prefered. Nugget ice is also a great alternative to flake, this nugget ice is small enough to form into shape. Perfect for seafood and oysters.
