      Description

      The HOBART PROFI UX is a heavy-duty front-loading commercial utensil washer designed for pots, pans, cast-iron cookware, baking tins, trays and racks. Its large 663 × 808 × 840 mm usable chamber and 860 mm loading height allow bulky kitchenware to be washed efficiently, including up to four bakery racks in one cycle. POWER high-pressure washing, ROTOR-X wash technology and GENIUS-X² filtration make it suitable for bakeries, hotels, restaurants, food production and institutional kitchens.
