Description

The Hobart PROFI FXL-90C is a large-chamber commercial dishwasher designed to accommodate 600 × 400mm baking and meat trays. It features 90, 180 and 360-second wash cycles, 1.8L water consumption per rack and a 10.6L tank. The machine also includes VISIOTRONIC-TOUCH control, SENSO-ACTIVE resource management and a self-cleaning wash system.
