Description

The HOBART PROFI AMXXL is an extra-large hood-type/pass-through dishwasher designed for large plates, trays, bakery sheets, GN containers and other bulky commercial washware. Its 650 × 500 mm usable chamber, 540 mm loading height, and compatibility with both 500 × 500 mm and 600 × 500 mm racks make it particularly suitable for bakeries, restaurants, hotels, butchers and high-volume kitchens. Capacity is up to 70 racks per hour.

• AMXXL-V: AMXXL with VAPOSTOP to prevent steam escaping when the hood is opened
• AMXXL-HL: AMXXL with AUTO-HOOD LIFT; closes the hood at the push of a button and automatically opens it at the end of the cycle; back panel included
• AMXXL-VHL: AMXXL with VAPOSTOP and AUTO-HOOD LIFT
• AMXXL-R: AMXXL with drain water heat recovery and cold water connection
• AMXXL-VR: AMXXL with VAPOSTOP and drain water heat recovery with cold water connection
