Description

The HOBART PROFI AMXT is a high-capacity double-rack hood-type/pass-through dishwasher designed for busy hotels, restaurants, catering facilities and commercial kitchens. Its extra-wide chamber accommodates two 500 × 500 mm racks simultaneously, providing capacity of up to 120 racks per hour. VISIOTRONIC-TOUCH controls, SmartConnect, SENSO-ACTIVE resource management and the GENIUS-X² filtration system provide efficient, hygienic and economical warewashing.

• AMXT-V: AMXT with VAPOSTOP to prevent steam escaping when the hood is opened

• AMXT-R: AMXT with drain water heat recovery; cold water connection
