Description

The HOBART PREMAX AUPL is a premium large-chamber hood-type dishwasher and utensil washer for demanding commercial kitchens. Its 660 × 500 mm usable wash chamber, 540 mm loading height, and compatibility with 500 × 500 mm and 600 × 500 mm racks make it suitable for plates, trays, GN containers and larger washware. The latest Australian specification adds ASR automatic soil removal, SENSO-ACTIVE resource management, POWER-PLUS intensive washing and ROTOR-X wash technology.
