      The HOBART Chef’sCombi 201 HICS201E is a high-capacity 20 × GN 1/1 electric roll-in combi steamer designed for hotels, restaurants, catering facilities and high-volume commercial kitchens. It accommodates a 100 kg maximum cooking load and is rated for approximately 150–300 meals per day. Convection, steam, hot steam and combination cooking are combined with intelligent climate management, automatic cleaning and a roll-in GN trolley system.
