So, food is cooked with a precise, even heat while not heating the surrounding kitchen environment. The two-piece split design makes them easy to handle, remove and clean. Individual pilots reduces energy consumption, and flame failure protection keeps your kitchen safe. The large single door commercial oven can fit a full size gastronorm pan (GN1/1) in either direction, increasing your productivity. The 40MJ cast iron "H" oven burner is the best in class for temperature consistency and recovery time.
