      The Winterhalter UF-L is a large-capacity commercial utensil dishwasher designed for demanding restaurants, hotels, bakeries, butcher shops and food-production kitchens. Its 800 mm clear entry height and 612 × 672 mm stainless-steel rack provide substantially more space for large pots, pans, trays, containers and bulky utensils. VarioPower adjustable wash pressure, quadruple filtration and powerful commercial wash technology help remove stubborn grease, starch and protein deposits.
