      The Winterhalter UF-L Energy is a large-capacity, heavy-duty commercial utensil dishwasher designed for demanding professional kitchens, bakeries, butcher shops and food-production facilities. Its 612 × 672 mm stainless-steel rack, huge 800 mm clear entry height and 69 L tank provide ample capacity for large pots, pans, trays and containers. Integrated Energy heat recovery, VarioPower adjustable wash pressure and advanced filtration deliver powerful cleaning while improving energy efficiency and reducing the need for mechanical extraction.
