      The Winterhalter UC-XL is an extra-large professional undercounter dishwasher designed for restaurants, hotels and high-volume commercial kitchens requiring additional washing capacity. Featuring a 500 × 540 mm maximum rack size, generous 404 mm clear entry height and adjustable VarioPower washing system, it accommodates larger plates, trays and wash items while maintaining excellent cleaning performance. With only 2 litres of rinse water per cycle, integrated chemical dosing and advanced filtration, the UC-XL combines capacity, efficiency and reliable commercial performance.
