      The Winterhalter UC-L Energy is a large-capacity professional undercounter dishwasher designed for restaurants, hotels and high-volume commercial kitchens. Featuring a 500 × 500 mm rack, generous 404 mm clear entry height and integrated Energy heat recovery, it can accommodate larger plates, trays and wash items while reducing energy consumption and steam release. The VarioPower system, four-stage filtration and low 2L rinse water consumption per cycle provide efficient and reliable warewashing performance.
