      The Winterhalter UC-M Excellence-i is a premium commercial undercounter dishwasher featuring a fully integrated reverse osmosis system for consistently brilliant, polish-free washing results. Designed for restaurants, bars, hotels and professional kitchens, it combines a 500 × 500 mm rack, VarioPower adjustable washing pressure and advanced quadruple filtration. With only 2 litres of rinse water per cycle, the UC-M Excellence-i delivers excellent wash quality while reducing water consumption and eliminating much of the manual polishing normally required for glassware and cutlery.
