      The Winterhalter UC-M is a professional medium-size undercounter dishwasher designed for restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels and busy commercial kitchens. Featuring a 500 × 500 mm rack, adjustable VarioPower washing system and quadruple filtration with clouding sensor, it delivers reliable cleaning while consuming only 2 litres of rinse water per cycle. Its adjustable 60, 90 and 120-second cycles provide the flexibility needed for varying levels of soiling and high-volume service periods.
