All items are quoted excluding shipping and are available for collection from our Bayswater warehouse collections can be made at 1/59 Power Rd Bayswater, from 10am to 4pm Monday to Thursday, and 10am to 3pm on Friday. All freight consignments are to be delivered as KERBSIDE delivery, and consignments are not covered by any warranties against freight damage.
Returns
All new items will come with a manufacturer’s warranty, returns on standard items will incur a 25% restocking fee and no fee is applicable to exchanges; in the event of a custom order; items cannot be returned or exchanged. Used items will come with a 3-month working guarantee, commencing from the invoice date, with returns and exchanges permitted. The guarantee does NOT cover glass, lighting and wear and tear, this applies to all used items unless marked as “AS IS, AS TRADED” as traded units are not covered by a warranty or guarantee.
